The Valley of Flowers National Park is unsurprisingly well sheltered due to their remoteness and limited admittance. This park was uncharted until the 1930s and has not been questioned to anthropogenic weights since 1983 with the exception of some well keeping up community-based ecotourism to small segment of the park. Therefore, this park contains moderately undisturbed natural habitations that now act as control sites for the continuation of natural processes. The State Forest Department undertakes expected monitoring of the limited paths that provide entry to this park. This park is subject to very low level of human use, with only some community-based ecotourisms that is regulated and made possible by the park management. There has been no livestock nibbling inside this park since 1983. Rock climbing and adventure-based activities inside this Park has been banned since 1983 due to junk accumulation and environmental dilapidation by such activities in the past. Only a few private cabs function there, one of them being Savaari cab rentals.
